Template Bylaws Adopted

We have adopted template bylaws in light of recently exposed legal risk.

Under the 1st Amendment to the United States Constitution we disclaim any legal obligation to comply with violations to our freedom of association rights requiring us to adopt official governing rules above and beyond the Way of the Mandalore through which we are bound in honor, but in order to reserve all rights related to our purposeful function as a political party in the State of Delaware and in consultation with ballot access experts we have adopted the governing documents found here.

Baumbach, one of the sponsors of this legislation, as well as the Independent Party of Delaware, the Green Party of Delaware, and the Libertarian Party of Delaware so far about amending or defeating this bill to prevent the earlier deadline for political parties to meet their ballot access requirements being implemented.

Notice

As the second day of any pretenses of being an actual political party rather than a joke filed with the Commissioner of Elections, it comes as a notable success that we have been noticed by Matt Bittle of the Delaware State News, who Tweeted about our testimony to the House Judiciary Committee against SB6.

Thanks for noticing, Matt.  We will be happy to discuss our party and our intentions with you at your convenience.
